Ken Fleming
Managing Director KPM

Ken’s background includes economics, econometrics, finance and statistics and he has worked in the local and international equities’ markets for the last 21 years and in various senior management roles.

Prior to his appointment to KPM he was the Head of Research at Tricom Equities and prior to that the Head of Research and a Director at Aegis Equities Research. He has worked in the Australian Public Service in Canberra and KPMG (Tax) in Melbourne. While working at Deutsche Bank (1994-2001) he was the Head of Telecoms, Technology and Media.

Radek Zeleny top
Chief Technical Officer KPM

Radek has a strong quant, research and IT background and has extensive experience in company analysis, financial modelling, project management and IT project implementation. Radek has held a number of senior positions in medical and financial research areas as well as information technology. His industry achievements include the establishment of start up independent research provider Aegis Equities Research and the development of research and quant infrastructure in both Aegis and Tricom Equities.

Max Wheeler top
Non Executive Director KPM

Max has extensive experience in company analysis, financial modelling, project management and business strategy. He has held a number of senior positions in Australia and overseas, as a lecturer, engineering project manager, equity research analyst, and business and investment strategist. Max also sits on several company and not-for-profit organisation boards.
